Description: Toes in the sand restaurant on Medano beach. Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks pretty much all day. If you want to shop, drink and eat at the same time this is a good place. Lot's of beach vendors and activity. Try the hamburger, it's good and the fries are great.

Directions: Turn left at City Club and go to the end of the road - you'll run into Billygan's. It's right next to the Office and Mango Deck.
